Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping to the following regions:

- 🇬🇧 United Kingdom – Free
- 🇪🇺 European Union – Free
For all other countries, a flat rate of £19.99 applies at checkout.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, please contact us at info@solunasoul.com and we'll do our best to help.
How long does fulfilment take?
All our products are made to order. Fulfilment takes 2–7 business days before your order is shipped. Total delivery time = Fulfilment time + Shipping time.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary by destination. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to update.
Will I have to pay customs or import duties?
We have printing suppliers in the UK, US, Australia, and EU — so orders are typically fulfilled from a location close to you, which means no customs fees for most customers in those regions.
Which carriers do you use?
We work with trusted global carriers including Royal Mail, Evri, USPS, DHL, FedEx, DX, Amazon, OnTrac, UPS, GLS and other regional carriers. The carrier is selected based on your location and best available delivery time.
My order hasn't arrived - what should I do?
If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@solunasoul.com and we'll investigate with our fulfilment partner and find a solution.
I entered the wrong address - can I change it?
Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
