Return Policy
At Soluna Soul, each item is made to order just for you. Because of the nature of print-on-demand production, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or buyer’s remorse. However, your satisfaction is our priority, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include the following:
- A clear photo of the item and the issue
- Your order number
- A brief description of the problem
Once verified, we will issue a replacement at no extra cost.
Lost Packages
If your order hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery time has passed, contact us. We'll work with our fulfilment partners (Printful or Printify) to investigate and, if confirmed lost, arrange a replacement.
Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We cannot offer replacements or refunds for orders sent to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Returns Not Accepted
As all items are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size choice
- Unwanted items
- Change of mind
Please refer to the size guide on each product page before ordering.
Refunds
Refunds are only processed for damaged or incorrect items and will be issued to your original payment method once your claim is approved.
