Thank you for shopping with Soluna Soul! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process.

1. Fulfilment Times

All of our products are made to order, which means fulfilment begins once your order is placed.

  • Fulfilment time: 2–7 business days

  • Shipping time: Varies by destination

  • Total delivery time = Fulfilment + Shipping

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the product(s) ordered. We aim to keep shipping affordable and transparent.

We currently ship Worldwide. If your location isn’t available at checkout, feel free to reach out.

3. Shipping Partners

We work with Printshrimp, who use trusted global carriers such as:

  • Royal Mail

  • Evri

  • USPS

  • DHL

  • FedEx

  • and other regional carriers

Carriers are selected based on your location and the best available delivery time.

4. Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for any delays or charges caused by customs processing. We have printing suppliers in UK, US, Australia and EU. They are not subject to customs fees.

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.

6. Delayed or Lost Packages

If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days of shipment, please contact us at info@solunasoul.com. We’ll investigate with the fulfilment provider and offer a solution.

Please note: We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or incorrect addresses.

7. Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is in production. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
